Biography

Isidora Goreshter is best known for her fan-favorite role of "Svetlana" on Showtime's hit-show SHAMELESS. Isidora more recently shot the HBO Max/John Wells pilot RED BIRD LANE, in which she starred opposite Susan Sarandon (the series was ultimately not picked up). She was last seen as the female lead in CONDOR Season 2 for MGM/Skydance for Amazon, starring opposite Max Irons. On the feature side, Isidora recently wrapped the indie film SLAY opposite Aya Cash and was a lead in Netflix's HAPPY ANNIVERSARY. She also played a young Anjelica Huston in Theresa Rebeck's indie TROUBLE, and starred as the title role in the Sundance movie CLARA'S GHOST (MGM/Orion). At the end of last year, Isidora also wrapped the female lead in the theater run of THANK YOU, FIVE! for Rogue Machine opposite John C. Reilly, John Oritz and Jon Bernthal. She speaks fluent Russian and Yiddish, but grew up in Long Beach and naturally has a flawless American accent.
