Part Michael J. Fox and part Jason Bateman, Jake Short is a rising comedic voice of his generation. He starred alongside Will Arnett in the BBC comedy THE FIRST TEAM from the creators of THE INBETWEENERS and lead several recent features including the indie comedy SUPERCOOL opposite Damon Wayans Jr., Hulu’s SEX APPEAL from American High Productions, teen comedy #ROXY alongside Booboo Stewart and Danny Trejo, and fellow Disney alum David Henrie's directorial debut THIS IS THE YEAR. His breakout film debut was in Robert Rodriguez’s family comedy SHORTS.
Jake has been a fixture in YA television since leading 100+ episodes of Disney’s A.N.T. FARM, MIGHTY MED and the spinoff LAB RATS: ELITE FORCES. Since then, he has starred in the Hulu and AwesomenessTV series ALL NIGHT alongside Brec Bassinger and most recently guest starred alongside Brie Larson in Apple TV+ series LESSONS IN CHEMISTRY. Additional credits include a recurring role on CBS’s DEXTER and the ABC Signature pilot MAN OF THE HOUSE opposite Jenna Ortega and Leslie Bibb, directed by Richie Keen.
