Rahel Romahn
Biography
Rahel Romahn is the most recent recipient of the prestigious Heath Ledger Scholarship. He can be seen in the new Apple series SHANTARAM with Charlie Hunnam which premiered in October of 2022. Rahel will appear in the upcoming film WIZARDS! alongside Pete Davidson for A24 and Plan B Entertainment, recently completed a starring stage role as Mozart in AMADEUS at the Sydney Opera House opposite Michael Sheen this past winter, and played a supporting role in George Miller’s FURIOSA for Warner Bros. He just wrapped production as a leading role on 9Network’s HUMAN ERROR in Australia, and will play Konstantin in Sydney Theatre Company’s production of THE SEAGULL later this year.
Other television credits include MR INBETWEEN (dir. Nash Edgerton), SECRET CITY S2 (dir. Tony Krawitz/Daniel Nettheim) and his breakout role in THE PRINCIPAL directed by Kriv Stenders. Film credits include HERE OUT WEST which opened the 2021 Sydney Film Festival, LITTLE MONSTERS & DOWN UNDER directed by Abe Forsythe and ALI’S WEDDING directed by Jeffrey Walker.
